Is a non-essential amino acid and is the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid. Many users experience vasodilatation/pumps from the very first dose of Beta-Alanine as it immediately increases carnosine, which is a powerful precursor in generating nitric oxide synthase.* Carnosine is very important when it comes to performance for another reason though, it is a dipeptide found mainly in fast-twitch muscles whose primary function, is buffering hydrogen ions. Buffer hydrogen ions and you prevent pH levels in muscle from dropping to low levels (more acidic). Low acidity creates that "burn" in your muscles, causing fatigue and forcing you to muscular failure. In a more acidic environment ATP is less effective and the release of calcium, a key component to muscle contraction, is reduced substantially. With higher carnosine levels in muscle, you can prevent the drop in pH.* With hydrogen ions buffered, you may support more reps at the gym, go longer and harder when performing high intensity aerobic or anaerobic exercise and lift heavier weights for more reps.* As carnosine is not absorbed effectively in humans Beta-Alanine is a more effective source.*

Is a nutrient known as a methyl donor, this means that betaine carries and donates methyl molecules in the body to help make chemical processes work. Donation of methyl molecules is involved in proper liver function and cellular reproduction. Is an essential branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) that's broken down in fat structures. L-Leucine comprises about eight percent of the total amino acid count in your body's protein structures; it is the fourth most concentrated amino acid in skeletal muscle tissue. As one of the three BCAA's, L-Leucine is essential to your basic health. It has athletic applications. L-Leucine has many beneficial effects on sports performance. It may help preserve lean muscle tissue, supply the body with energy when under stress (i.e. when engaging in athletic activity), preserve muscle glycogen (glucose stored in muscle tissue used to power muscular contraction), maintain nitrogen balance, and it may help support mental abilities when physical activity becomes more intense.* The effects of L-Leucine in the diet are profound. L-Isoleucine Ethyl Ester
Is an esterified form of this amino acid, one of three known as branched chain amino acids (BCAAs). Isoleucine is an isomer of Leucine. It is important in the regulation of blood sugar, and also helps support energy levels. Some of the functions of L-IsoLeucine include the regulation of blood sugar levels in the body, and producing hemoglobin. This amino acid is promotes muscle recovery after exercise, and is important in metabolism for producing energy.* It is also essential for the production and maintenance of body proteins.* IsoLeucine is necessary for nitrogen balance. IsoLeucine is probably best known for its use in supporting endurance and helping promote recovery.* Serious athletes and bodybuilders use this amino acid because of its ability to support muscular energy levels and help the muscles recover from strenuous exercise and other physical activities.* Bodybuilding requires energy and endurance. L-Valine Ethyl Ester
Is a highly absorbable, esterified form of this amino acid and is not only an essential amino acid but is also a branched-chain amino acid found in high concentration in the muscles. Arginine Ethyl Ester
Is an esterified version of L-Arginine. Esters are organic compounds that are formed by esterification, which is the reaction of carboxylic acid and alcohols. This esterification of the carrier molecules allows the Arginine to pass through the intestines intact.* Since more Arginine passes through the intestine intact, less Arginine is needed to provide great pumps.*

Is one of the non-essential amino acids and is produced naturally in the body. Glycine is used to help create muscle tissue and convert glucose into energy. Creatine Ethyl Ester
Is creatine monohydrate with an ester attached. Esters are organic compounds that are formed by esterification - the reaction of carboxylic acid and alcohols. One of the drawbacks of regular creatine monohydrate is its poor absorption - and its effectiveness is dependent upon the cells ability to absorb it. The poor absorption rate of regular creatine monohydrate requires the creatine user to ingest large dosages of creatine to achieve desired effect. Because creatine draws water to the cell, and because a large portion of ingested creatine monohydrate can be left unabsorbed in some users, unabsorbed creatine will sit outside of the target cell and attract water to it, this will result in the "creatine bloat." Creatine monohydrate utilizes lipids to permeate the cell wall and enter the cell but unfortunately it is semi-lipophilic. This means that it inefficiently uses fat as a transport mechanism. Creatine ethyl ester is creatine monohydrate with an ester attached. The esterification of substances will increase their lipophilic abilities, and thus esterified creatine may use fat more efficiently to permeate the cell wall and exert its effects upon cellular function than its un-esterified creatine monohydrate counterpart.* This means, simply, that not only will dosage requirements be lower, but also the absorption of esterified creatine will be increased and the infamous "creatine bloat" that some creatine users experience will be eliminated!*

Tri-Creatine Malate
Is a compound made from creatine monohydrate and malic acid. The substance is so named because the compound is made from three creatine molecules attached to one molecule of malic acid. Creatine monohydrate, one of the substances that form the compound tri-creatine malate, is derived from glycine, arginine and methionine and helps to produce and circulate ATP - adenosine tri-phosphate - that is responsible for muscular contraction. Malic acid is involved in the Krebs energy cycle as an intermediate substance, and helps to provide energy to the body. When malic acid and creatine monohydrate form the compound tri-creatine malate, the resulting product is more water-soluble than regular creatine monohydrate, decreases the possibility of gastric disruption, and may be more efficient at efficaciously impacting the ATP cycle.* Furthermore, tri-creatine malate is suggested to offer greater bioavailability over regular creatine monohydrate.*

Creatine Pyruvate
Is the fastest absorbed form of creatine. Creatine pyruvate is not a blend but a molecule that combines both creatine monohydrate and pyruvic acid. Creatine regenerates the primary energy immediately available to muscles involved in short, intense contractions. Creatine also serves as a buffer, delaying the point at which lactic acid causes muscle fatigue and discomfort. Increasing creatine supports muscle for prolonged endurance and optimal work output in activities such as weight lifting and sprinting.* Pyruvate stimulates glucose extraction from blood into muscle during exercise and at rest, priming muscle with a carbohydrate content essential for greater endurance.* Creatine pyruvate is much more soluble than creatine alone and it may also be more bioavailable so that it takes less to do the job.* Since it is also more bioavailable, which means that large amounts of minerals (Calcium, Sodium, Potassium, etc.) are not ingested with the pyruvate, lessening the possibility of reactions associated with large amounts of minerals, such as fluid retention.*

Creatine Orotate
Is creatine bound to orotic acid. Orotic acid is a precursor of nucleic acids (the building blocks of DNA) and it works by increasing carnosine levels in muscle. Carnosine is a compound of two amino acids (dipeptide) that helps muscle cells buffer the acidity that builds up during intense exercise. This helps keep muscles contracting stronger for a longer period.* Orotic acid may also enhance the formation of creatine phosphate in muscle cells and promote muscle growth by supporting the production of key players in muscle-protein synthesis.* By taking creatine orotate, you may get the benefits of creatine with the added benefits of orotic acid.*

Creatine Decanoate
Is made by combining creatine with decanoic acid. The molecular weight of creatine is 150 and that of decanoic acid is 172 so it is about 46% creatine. The primary use of creatine decanoate is to support stamina and strength along with gains in lean muscle.* Creatine decanoate may be preferred over ordinary creatine because decanoic acid is a fatty acid, forming a salt with creatine, which increases its lipophilicity (attraction to fat).* Its attraction to fat and repulsion of water protects it somewhat as it passes through the digestive system and may allow it to be released at a slower rate.*
